No, this offer is available only on orders shipped via FedEx Ground to destinations within the United States that are serviced by FedEx Ground (commercial or residential.) It is not available on Overnight, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day express shipments.

The free shipping offer is determined per address. For example, suppose the minimum required for free ground shipping is $99. You have one or more items totaling $104 going to an address in Colorado, and one or more items totaling $94 going to an address in New York. The item or items going to Colorado would get free ground shipping (assuming you chose ground shipping for them). But you would pay regular shipping rates for the item or items going to New York. Your total shipping cost would be the shipping cost of the item or items going to New York.
